After going to Big Sur numerous times, I had to write a poem about the amazing contact with nature I experienced there.

Here it is:

Majestic Big Sur,
You wear golden feathers,
On your brown and green cliffs,
In the air a nice whiff.

Yellow and white lines,
Along the shoreline,
Following your curves,
So much to observe.

Up in the air,
I see the stare,
Of hunting eagles,
And gliding seagulls.

In the ocean,
Spits of titans,
And also fins,
Of jumping dolphins.

Mountains from the sea,
Coming endlessly,
Explode on your rocks,
Huge tectonic shocks.

All your nature,
Is like a cure,
You are so pure,
Oh you Big Sur!
